Captain Ivan Klugman is the founder of Integral Aviation Solutions Inc. and brings decades of hands-on aviation experience to every engagement. A typed Boeing captain with thousands of flight hours, he has led aircraft acquisitions, VVIP completions, and asset management projects for governments, royal families, and corporate clients across four continents.
His direct operational background — as both a working pilot and a seasoned aviation business executive — gives IAS clients an advisor who understands aviation from the flight deck to the boardroom.
Michael Bonventre is an FAA-appointed International Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR-T), one of a select group of professionals authorized to issue FAA airworthiness certificates on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration for export and import transactions worldwide.
His appointment enables IAS clients to complete international aircraft transactions with the efficiency and confidence of having an FAA representative directly engaged in the certification process.
